What Are Infernals and why should I work with them?

The Infernals are ancient deities of the Underworld realm who hold the wisdom of transformation and truth. They exist in the spaces most people avoid — the shadows, the in-between, the places where deep healing begins.

In shadow work, these powerful spirits serve as mirrors of the shadow and representations of the deeper archetypes within the human psyche.

The underworld has always represented the unknown, the hidden and the unseen. It’s the realm of death, rejuvenation and rebirth. Religion and dogma turned the underworld into a place of punishment to keep people disconnected from their shadow, personal power and their sovereignty. But the true underworld isn’t hell — it’s a mirror. It shows you what’s unhealed, what’s repressed, and what’s waiting to be reclaimed.
